The non sparking American pipe wrench is a pipeline maintenance tool designed for flammable and explosive environments. It combines explosion-proof performance with American structural design and has the following core features:
1. Explosion-proof performance and material
Made of aluminum bronze alloy or beryllium bronze alloy to avoid sparks when the tool rubs against the pipeline. It is suitable for dangerous places such as petroleum, chemical, and natural gas pipelines.
Berryllium bronze material has anti-magnetic properties and is suitable for operations in strong magnetic field environments.
2. Structural design
Jaws and adjustment mechanism
Equipped with a multi-thread nut, the jaw opening and closing distance can be quickly adjusted by rotation to meet the clamping needs of different pipe diameters (8-48 inches).
The jaws and handles are made of high-strength copper alloy.
