Non sparking files are explosion proof tools designed for flammable and explosive environments. They are mainly made of beryllium bronze and have explosion-proof and anti-magnetic properties.
Beryllium bronze materials have passed friction and impact tests to ensure that no sparks are generated. Hardness above HRC35, explosion-proof grade EXIIC level, suitable for hydrogen environment (concentration ≤21%).
