The non sparking carbide opener is a safety explosion proof tool specially used in flammable and explosive places (such as gas stations, chemical plants, oil fields, etc.). Its core function is to avoid sparks when opening oil barrels through high-strength copper alloy materials, thereby preventing explosion accidents.
Beryllium bronze: higher hardness (HRC 30-40), suitable for high-risk environments such as hydrogen (Ex II C grade).
Aluminum bronze: slightly magnetic, suitable for environments such as ethylene (Ex II B grade).
